1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the USApprate website at usapprate.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
2. Description of Service
USApprate is a nonpartisan civic engagement platform that provides community-driven approval ratings for members of the United States Congress, the President's Cabinet, and major political parties. The Service allows users to vote on officials, view approval ratings, read and post comments, and browse political news.
The approval ratings displayed on USApprate are based on user voting and are not scientific surveys. They represent the opinions of visitors to our website and should not be interpreted as statistically representative of the broader US population.

We do not endorse any user-generated content and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with user-generated content.
5. Voting Integrity
We use browser fingerprinting and other fraud detection technologies to maintain the integrity of our voting system. Each visitor is limited to one active vote per official, party, or entity. We reserve the right to:

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
