ABOUT USAPPRATE
A public scoreboard for elected officials
Anyone can rate any member of Congress, any Cabinet post, or a party — no account, one vote each, changeable any time. Nonpartisan by design: the approve/disapprove colors are the same for everyone, and party colors appear only where they carry data.
The formula
approval = support ÷ (support + oppose) × 100
- 13,224 votes cast
- 568 officials tracked
- live recalculation
What this is not
- ✕ Not a scientific poll — voters are self-selected, not a representative sample of the country.
- ✕ Not weighted by demographics, turnout models, or district residency.
- ✕ Not a prediction. A rate here does not forecast an election result.
- ✓ A live read on what engaged citizens think, best read alongside professional polling.
Keeping votes honest
One vote per person
Privacy-preserving browser fingerprinting decides who has already voted. No email, no account, no tracking profile.
Changeable anytime
Your latest vote replaces your previous one, so a rating tracks current opinion rather than a running total.
Moderated comments
Harassment and slurs are removed. Disagreement is not.
Questions and corrections
